After you go through the checkout process and pay for your order, you will need to email me photos of your pet to work from. I suggest that you email me at least 3 photos so that I can see your pet's personality and details. If I require more photos, I will contact you. Please read about What Makes a Good Photo before you choose and submit photos for me to work from. If you have any questinos, please contact me.

Please include your name and order number in the subject of the email.

What if my photo is not a digital file?
(i.e. I don’t have it saved on my computer)

If you do not have your pet photos in a digital format, you can mail me copies of your pet. If this is the case, please contact me at hello@mochieroo.com so that we can discuss how you can mail me your photos.

How many photos should I submit?

I prefer if you send me at least 3 photos to work from. I will usually work primarily from one photo and use the other two for supplemental detail and information. Furthermore, having three photos helps me to get a feel for your pet’s personality! If you would like to send me more than 3 photos, that is even better.
